2026 MI MID-WINTER CONFERENCE

The 2026 Department Mid-Winter Conference will be held at the Kalamazoo Radisson Plaza Hotel on January 29 - February 1, 2026.

DRAFT VFW Agenda revised 11.23.25
Housing Reservation information form
Banquet ticket order form
AD Book form
Vendor Table Reservation Request form

Above is the DRAFT Conference agenda and other order forms for ad book, banquet tickets and vendor tables.  The general time frames of the Conference are fixed as are the general schedule of meetings.   Specific details and meeting rooms are subject to change.  Please plan your trip accordingly.  Auxiliary members must check their Conference meeting agenda.

Housing forms for reservations will be available on Monday November 10.   All CofA members are responsible to make their own room reservations timely as well as ensure that room reservations for their VOD and Patriot Pen families are made. When making reservations for the families please request Double / Double rooms and make them as soon as possible.  It is easier to change the name on a confirmed reservation than make a new one at the last minute.

Room reservations for the three Department Teacher of the Year winners will be made by Department and two banquet tickets will be provided to them.

Department will furnish each student their banquet ticket.   Banquet tickets for all family members are the responsibility of the District.  As soon as your District winner is selected in December verify how many tickets they will need and get them ordered.  Please list names on your ticket order form.  We have an absolute deadline to provide banquet numbers to the hotel.  If there are special diet issues please provide that information on the order forms.

We encourage Districts and Posts to consider purchasing ads in the Conference ad book.  It helps keep our costs under control and our guests appreciate seeing those messages of support.

Mid-Winter Conference is our opportunity to show non-members what the VFW does in our communities.

We look forward to seeing you in Kalamazoo.
